About Tracy

Tracy brings a gentle, holistic approach to therapy, with deep respect for how overwhelming experiences shape the mind and body. She weaves together mindfulness, body awareness, and self-compassion to support meaningful healing. As an EMDR-trained provider, she helps clients move through painful memories at a pace that feels safe, easing emotional intensity and reconnecting with their sense of wholeness.

Her work is collaborative and grounded in presence. She supports adults with long-term trauma wounds, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Tracy creates a safe, compassionate space to explore patterns, understand survival responses, and build practical tools for regulation, clarity, and growth. She values inclusivity and strives to ensure all identities feel welcomed and supported, viewing therapy as a partnership to strengthen your sense of self and internal safety.

With over 15 years of experience in mental health, Tracy’s approach is informed by diverse professional roles and lived experiences. She has called Duluth, Minnesota, home since 2014 and cherishes the community and connections the area offers. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family and finds grounding in nature, presence, and shared moments.
