Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

What is ART?

Accelerated Resolution Therapy, or ART, is an evidence-based, rapid-eye-movement therapy for the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, sleep problems, self-esteem problems, and other issues. Research shows that the course of treatment averages between three and four sessions. The gains made from ART therapy were still in effect four months after its conclusion.

The results our clinicians have experienced providing ART to clients have been astounding, very similar to the results we see in clients who have experienced EMDR. It appears to work even faster.
