General Description

The Psychotherapist provides clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for individuals facing psychosocial and emotional challenges. This role operates within an integrative team that emphasizes a holistic and client-centered approach to mental health care.

Qualifications

  • Passion for collaborating within an integrative team focused on holistic, client-centered care.

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.

  • Licensed Mental Health Professional credentials in Minnesota (LICSW, LP, LMFT, LPCC) or working towards full licensure (LGSW, LAMFT, LPCC).

  • Proven clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and couples psychotherapy.

  • Maintain clinical records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

  • Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client treatment.

  • Assess and monitor individualized treatment plans.

  • Engage with staff, community professionals, and agencies to enhance care continuity.

  • Invited to participate in case consultations and quality assessments of documentation and client support.

  • Promote culturally competent and inclusive service delivery.

  • Ensure the confidentiality of all client medical, financial, and personal information.

  • Exhibit advanced interpersonal skills to build effective professional relationships.

  • Remain composed under pressure and effectively support individuals and families in crisis.

  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance in fulfilling job responsibilities.
