Insight Counseling
Telehealth

Telehealth therapy is therapy that takes place in the comfort of your home. Through audio and video over the internet, you can meet with your therapist on the go from your desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device (iOS or Android)— it’s your choice!

Telehealth allows us to connect anywhere with secure and convenient appointments.

According to the U.S. Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration, nearly 80 million Americans live in a mental health professional shortage area. Even in areas where therapists are accessible, transportation and time constraints often prevent people from seeking mental health services.

Telehealth Services

Most of the concerns and areas of psychotherapy that you would present with at an in-person session may be treated via Telehealth. Research shows that Telehealth may be just as effective as in-person psychotherapy. There is, however, less research available for couples and family therapy.

Currently, all of the therapists at Insight Counseling offer Telehealth therapy.

Please contact Insight if you are interested in scheduling a Telehealth appointment. For additional details about how Telehealth works at Insight, visit our Telehealth Guide for Clients.
