About Rochelle

Rochelle is a licensed graduate social worker with a degree from The College of St. Scholastica. She has experience working with a variety of individuals in multiple settings, and currently works primarily with children, teens, young adults, and their families. She has been trained in DBT for adolescents as well as family therapy. Her sessions often incorporate aspects of art, music, play, CBT, and other therapeutic modalities depending on the needs and interests of the client. She has a special interest in working with individuals with ADHD, autism, and related conditions. Rochelle is passionate about utilizing the experiences and skills she has learned to guide others on their mental health journeys.

When not working, Rochelle enjoys spending time with her family, baking, playing board games, watching anime, running, and singing.
