About Molly
Molly approaches therapy through a holistic lens, integrating mindfulness and body awareness to support healing on every level. She is a certified EMDR therapist through EMDRIA and is also trained in the Flash Technique, DBT, CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Perinatal Mental Health, and parts work with ego states.
Molly specializes in working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma—including survivors of sexual abuse and assault, medical trauma, and those within the queer and trans communities. She offers an inclusive space where clients can explore their experiences, reconnect with their bodies, regulate the nervous system, and rewire harmful beliefs and behavioral patterns. Molly is committed to practicing from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive framework. She acknowledges the impact of systemic injustice on mental health and is dedicated to ongoing learning, unlearning, and creating a space where all identities are honored and valued.
She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Humboldt State University in Northern California in 2019 and became a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in 2021. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance and Gender Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, a foundation that continues to inform her work through the lenses of creative expression and social awareness.
Before getting her master’s degree, Molly taught yoga and breathwork beginning in 2012 and spent many years working in the service industry—experiences that deeply inform her relational, grounded, and compassionate approach to care.
Originally from Minnesota, Molly returned in 2021 after living in Northern California, and she now calls Duluth home. She is a mother, wife, musician, and nature lover who finds joy in connection, creativity, and the healing power of presence.
