About Mary

Mary practices in our Twin Cities location. Mary provides a safe space with her openness and nonjudgmental attitude that facilitates trust, healing, and change. Her strength-based approach helps clients to move forward and make meaningful changes to improve their mental health. She believes that we all need positive connections to improve our health and well-being, including a trusting therapeutic relationship. She has a positive attitude towards life and looks for the “golden thread” in all situations. She looks forward to partnering with you in your journey of healing and growth.

Mary is a graduate of The College of St. Scholastica. She has over 10 years of mental health experience, and she specializes in working with adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, including how to set boundaries, improve communication, and handle life transitions such as break-ups. She has specialty training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy through ART International.

Mary enjoys walking her dog, being out in nature, and reading during her free time as she believes in being a lifelong learner.
