About Liz

Liz practices in our Virginia location. She has an MSW degree from The College of St. Scholastica and a Master's degree in College Student Services Administration from Oregon State University.

She incorporates a holistic, relationship-centered, shame and judgment-free approach when connecting with adults on their unique healing journey from traumatic events, depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and loss, communication issues, as well as life transitions/adjustments. Liz is also passionate about helping adults who struggle with or are in recovery from substance abuse.

Liz works through a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens, incorporating various evidence-based theoretical approaches to support clients in achieving their goals for therapy. She also welcomes and values the use of faith-based perspectives in therapeutic work.

Liz enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, kayaking, hiking, camping, and traveling. She also loves art and DIY projects.
