About Holly

Holly graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Superior with a Master of Science in Education—Counseling, Clinical Mental Health degree. Previously, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The College of St. Scholastica in exercise physiology. Holly works with people of all ages.

Holly fosters a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment to assist individuals through their journey toward mental wellness. She is passionate about creating a space in which individuals are able to feel heard and work toward self-made goals.

Holly utilizes an integrative approach in her therapeutic modalities to best fit the needs of the individual. She finds that meeting the individual where they are in their journey and tailoring her techniques to each individual’s unique strengths allows one to feel empowered and make changes to live their most positive and authentic life. Soon, Holly will also be trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
