About Hannah
Hannah is a Master of Social Work student at the College of St. Scholastica and a clinical intern at Insight Counseling. She received her undergraduate degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. During her undergraduate program, she interned at PAVSA, where she completed sexual assault advocacy training. Hannah has 10 years of experience working alongside individuals navigating mental and physical health conditions, including chronic pain. These experiences have shaped her passion for trauma-informed, person-centered care and the connection between physical and emotional well-being.
Throughout her studies in social work, Hannah has developed an interest in somatic, nature-based approaches to therapy. She is drawn to a holistic, strengths-based perspective that integrates mind, body, and spirit. She views therapy as a collaborative process and believes in creating a space where individuals can feel safe, heard, and empowered in their own growth and healing.
Outside of work and interning, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors, painting, reading, practicing yoga and mindfulness, and spending time with her partner and her cat.
