We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional (Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Psychotherapist) to join our integrative team committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care. POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, you will conduct clinical assessments and provide therapeutic interventions, working closely with clients and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.

• Licensed Mental Health Professional credentials in Minnesota (LICSW, LP, LMFT, LPCC) or actively pursuing licensure (LGSW, LAMFT, LPCC).

• Experience in providing clinical support to diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm demeanor, especially in crisis situations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide individual psychotherapy.

• Collaborate with other clinicians and community professionals to deliver integrated care.

• Maintain compliance with clinical record-keeping standards.

• Promote culturally competent and inclusive service delivery.
